You will be asked to confirm your partner, Home-Options number and date of birth - you will then set up two security questions and your new password which you can then use to log in. More detailed instructions can be found here: Changes to the Login Process.
If at any time you forget or need to reset your password, click here or on the "Forgotten your password?" link below. This will ask you for your partner, Home-Options number and date of birth as above, but also the answers to the security questions you previously set up before you can reset your password.
If you have forgotten the answers to your security questions please contact the provider you are registered with.
If you haven't already joined Home-Options, you will need to do so before you can express an interest in the properties we advertise. To find out if you are eligible, click the 'Register Now' button to get started and find out what housing options are best for you.

The Home-Options website is currently undergoing maintenance. Unfortunately, some functions are currently unavailable, such as submitting a change of circumstances form, editing personal details, uploading documents and completing the annual application review. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause while we carrying out essential work to enhance site security.
If you see the Application Renewal message pop-up on screen, then please click ‘No, my circumstances have not changed’. This will clear the message and won’t affect your application or your ability to bid.
